Key Activities:

* Progress and Finalise detailed processes and plans for C&SU (processes including documentation, training, qualification and , deliverables, schedule)

Lead the team through:

* SOP, PPM updates and operator and Maintenance Training

* Prepare start-up procedures & documents, Spare parts

* Pre-commissioning

* Dry commissioning

* Rooms/building handover including compliance with BOD

* Wet commissioning

* Equipment trials, qualification and handover

* First B-Grade trials

* Product approval process

* Line speed ramp up

* Snagging lists

* System and documentation handover.
