Are you an Engineering Manager or Production Manager from a marine background, looking for an autonomous and challenging role?

In this role as Engineering Manager, you will be leading a team of three engineers who have years of experience in the industry. You will be taking control of the full project life cycle and management of the production. The role itself will involve designing unique systems, ordering the materials for the projects and also getting hands on from time to time.

The ideal candidate will be an engineering manager or production manager from a marine background, with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, carpentry and plumbing.

The Role:

*Management of full life cycle of bespoke product builds

*Design of new and existing systems

*Stock control and procurement of all materials

*Management of a team of 3 engineers

The Individual:

*Engineering or Production Management

*Marine background

*Experience with Auto CAD

*Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, carpentry and plumbing
