£36,000 - £40,000 + plus £1,300pa Essential Car User Allowance*

This market leading company are a housing association and property redevelopment firm, specialising in the Commercial and Industrial M&E building services. Due to continuing success, they are set to become the largest developer of new homes in the UK, managing over 70,000 homes across London and the South East. They have massive growth plans, and are looking for an experienced Lift Engineer to join the permanent team.

This position would suit an Engineer within the Lift Industry looking to work and progress within a Large Company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a Lift Servicing role offering training, overtime and job security.

The Role:

- Servicing and maintaining Lifts

- Provide support when needed to ensure jobs are completed across the Maintenance team

- Days based role (40 hours, Monday to Friday)

The Person:

- It's essential you have an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering

- You will need to be based in London or the surrounding areas

- A full valid UK Driving License and own vehicle
