Quality Engineer

Are you from a Quality background? Do you have experience working within a production/manufacturing environment?

This company is part of a Multi- billion turnover group who are the world's largest gas control equipment Producers. Due to someone retiring next year at their site in their 80 man team in Diss they are looking for a Quality Engineer to take their place.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for the internal quality and inspecting the quality of the sites output, handling the technical data and logging non-conformances and undertaking reports and investigations. You will be playing an important role in the company by promoting efficiencies within the process, as well as supporting process improvement.

The Role:

* Quality Inspection

* Focus continuous improvements

* Working with production to identify problems via root cause analysis.

* Resolving any customer complaints with quality

* Auditing

The Person:

* Quality Engineer

* Experience with Mechanical products

* Experience dealing with customers and suppliers

* Knowledge of Manufacturing/ Production processes
