My client based in Bristol are looking for an Office 365 Support analyst on an intial 3 month contract
You will be working as part of a busy support team of which you will be providing specialist support for Office 365 related tickets
You must have
* Has used Office 365 and can make their way around the web interface of the Outlook Web App
* Exchange Admin knowledge/experience
* Outlook Desktop Client admin knowledge/experience
* Outlook Web App admin knowledge and experience
* Resolving incidents for all Office 365 tools, escalation route for Service Desk
* Experience working on a service desk or with service desk tools
* Skilled at setting up diagnosing problems with Microsoft Outlook
