Business Intelligence and Management Information using full stack Microsoft SQL Server technologies

Working for a reputable energy company based in Nottingham, the successful candidate will have the opportunity's to work in a well funded and talented Business intelligence team. My client has invested heavily in their BI function recently and is using the latest's tools and technologies - They understand the importance of data and how it is used, stored and presented.

This position is to lead the development of the companies business intelligence (BI) solutions including extract transform and load (ETL), data warehousing and analytics. The candidate will have the skills needed to develop solutions using BI technologies and will have a proven experience in applying best practices for delivering business critical BI and reporting services.

A key focus of this role is to assist in building the new enterprise Data warehouse

Working in a team of developers to support and develop routines across all aspects for the business, utilising the SQL Server Database within the business and implementing BI solutions Inc. ( Data marts, Data models, MI Reports and dashboards) to meet requirements through analysis, design, develop0ment, tests and support of the solution.

Essential

-Data warehouse solutions experience (Design, develop & maintain)

-Complex data architecture (SQL Server, PostgreSQL databases)

-Relations database design experience

-ETL

-OLAP Cubes
