Business Analyst - Airline, Aviation, Customer loyalty or Airport operations

We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company based in Heathrow. As an Agile Business Analyst you will:

* Undertake analysis of the business needs, including Client internal and market external factors, define problem statements, analyse root causes

* Build the foundation for the development effort by capturing the business context - problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups

* Elicit requirements and produce comprehensive Business Requirements, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, User Requirements, System Requirements and Requirements Traceability Matrix, also in Agile development produce Epics and User Stories

* Elicit, validate and document existing business architecture including process, data and organisation models

* Fully engage and contribute in agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning sessions, daily stand ups and retrospectives

* Manage requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team

* Establish traceability of captured requirements to the business vision

* Analyse business needs and decompose them into testable Functional and Non-Functional Requirements

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

* Candidates must have experience of selling in aviation, customer loyalty or airport operations as a minimum.

* A broad Business Analyst 'toolkit' i.e. showing the use of a wide variety of techniques and approaches in order to gather requirements

* A solid understanding (and experience) of agile and scrum

* An understanding of the relationship between a Product Owner and a Business Analyst

* Specific domain experience i.e. working for an airline or in a role in a similar industry

* Cultural fit i.e. dynamic individual who can quickly get involved in a fast moving project environment and can take the lead on initiatives in a short period of time
