Security Analyst - SIEM, SOC, IDS/IPS - Salary up to £30,000 + Benefits - West Midlands
The company: A global, award winning cyber security service provider head-quartered in the West Midlands. Due to their huge success they are looking for a Senior Security Analyst to join their growing Security Operations Centre.
The role: The successful Security Analyst will be working with the SOC team to monitor customers environments via SIEM and IDS/IPS solutions. You will monitor, triage, escalate and investigate security events. You will produce a range of reports and maintain communication with customers.
Skills:
* A security related degree
* Good knowledge of networking
* Understanding of Windows and Unix operating systems
Nice to have skills:
* CREST Incident Response
* Relevant security experience
