Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst / Hampshire / £50,000- £55,000 + benefits This organisation is a leading financial services organisation specialising in a range of wealth management capacities. They are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to join them. The ideal candidate would be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, agile environment taking responsibility for creating solutions for some of the UKs leading financial services firms. Key Responsibilities:

'€¢Understand requirements and expectations of customers'€¢Stakeholder management both internal and external'€¢Producing documentation including specification and specific requirements'€¢Analysis of change projects, working with development teams to ensure they meet business needs

Essential Skills:

'€¢Ability to manage multiple projects'€¢Experience in financial services'€¢Technical degree and prior software experience'€¢Knowledge and experience working in an agile environment'€¢Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis with relevant experiences and accreditation

Desirable:

'€¢Knowledge in wealth management and pensions'€¢knowledge of UML or EA or other application modelling tools
