Estimator - Contract - KentA well-established brickwork and building company are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team and be based in their Head office in South East London for a multitude of projects ranging from £5M to £15M so previous experience working on projects of this size is essential.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited too;Provide accurate budgets/cost plans.
Provide a detailed "take-off" and Bill of Quantities (BQ)
Produce profitable tenders for projects
Prepare tender build-ups for internal adjudication and carry out adjustments where necessary.
Participate in post-tender meetings with clients.Requirements;
Construction related qualification or Qualified by experience
Minimum of 5years' Estimating experience in a construction environment.
