As part of its continued growth, Modality is seeking to strengthen its team through the recruitment of a Salesforce Data Co-Ordinator.

The main responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of the data within the company CRM system, as well as producing report and dashboards for the business. The role will also provide cover for the Sales & Partner Co-ordinator to provide sales support and raise quotations.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Working with the management team and the business to ensure the accuracy of data within Salesforce (the company CRM system).

- Define processes for use and deliver training to users

- Work with the sales teams to each region to update Salesforce and clarify the accuracy of the data.

- Create reports and dashboards within Salesforce for the Management team and the business.

- Co-ordinate any Salesforce change requests and communicate changes to the users.

- Provide cover for raising quotations for sales proposals

Key skills:

- Experience of CRM and database systems, including report building (preferably Salesforce) is essential

- Acute attention to detail.

- Good organisation and communication skills.

- Process creation and documentation experience

- Ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets etc.

- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

- Work towards deadlines and prioritise workload.

- Independent worker, comfortable to work under minimal supervision.

- Proficient in Office applications, especially Microsoft Word & Excel.

- Ability to think on your feet and make decisions.
