In this autonomous role you will effectively run and lead the continuous improvements activities including lean management, training and maintenance of the CI programme for 7 - 8 sites across South Wales and parts of the South West.

The ideal candidate have experience in a CI role and be able to efficiently run multiple sites at a time. Candidates from a concrete, aggregates, recycling or similar background are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Effectively run 7-8 production sites

* Conduct CI activities including training and Lean management

* Liaise with operational and quality staff

* Field based role

The Person:

* Continuous Improvements background

* Lean or training experience

* Ability to effectively work on multiple sites
