Automation Test Engineer - SC Cleared

MANDATORY PREREQUISITES:

- 3-5 years Testing experience over a wide variety of technologies

- 2-3 years HP ALM or equivalent Utilisation and Administration

- 2-3 years HP Unified Functional Tester 11.5x

- ISEB / ISTQB Foundation

- ISTQB Advanced Certification

DESIRABLE PREREQUISITES & JOB SPEC:

- ISTQB Expert Test Automation Certification

- HP ALM/QC Utilisation and Administration (HP course HP0-M46)

- HP Quick Test Professional 11 ( HP course HP0-M47)

- Working knowledge of Oracle (Specifically Ebv12 CRM, OPA and Payroll)

- Working knowledge of C#, Visual Basic, Microsoft Platforms

-An understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP, .Net, etc.

- Experience of Testing Maturity Model Integration (TMMi)

- Prior experience of working in a Defence Environment

- Design Test Cases that verify the requirements of the solution

- Writes Test Scripts for Specialisation.

- Ability to execute generic Test Scripts

- Peer reviews Test Cases and Scripts in line with department standards and procedures.

- Under Project Test Managers/Project Test Leads guidance is responsible for ensuring the delivery of testing services by the testing team for medium to large projects, medium to large complexity, and medium to high visibility to DBS.

- Reports on testing activities.
