SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD EMAIL CONSULTANT

My Client, based in London is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join their team on a six month initial contract. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Consultant will be responsible for configuring and deploying email campaigns across the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Management and implementation of email/SMS retention campaigns from concept through to execution

-Post campaign analysis to deliver a best in class experience (briefings, copywriting, manage feedback rounds, amends and approvals with compliance, all internal stakeholders, proofing and reviewing copy / creative)

-Build emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working with BI to provide data selection criteria and monitor performance.

-Copywriting for customer communications for retention, engagement and loyalty

-Testing and optimisation of CRM programmes and initiatives including welcome, customer engagement and loyalty.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

-Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

-Journey Builder experience strong API skills and SQL

-Automation Studio

-Content builder

-AMPscript, HTML and CSS

-Integration experience

-Strong API Skills and SQL

DESIRABLE:

-Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Consultant

-Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Email Specialist
