Release Manager is accountable for the management of below processes throughout the Release;

-Quality Gate Process alongside the project manager including preparation of documentation and working with various departments for project readiness

Supporting PM with the delivery of a completed checklist and presentation of

documents where necessary for below listed phases of a project;

oProject initiation (quality gate 1).

oProjects are defined (quality gate 2).

oProjects are delivered (quality gate 3).

oProjects are closed (quality gate 4).

-Release Delivery:

oDefining relevant KPIs and acceptance criteria at Release level

oRelease planning and delivery, including resource planning, and milestones tracking at Release level

oActs as a cross-project Delivery Manager, aligning individual project milestones with the help of PMs to ensure successful delivery is scheduled and committed by relevant resources within SVS, Service teams and SI partners.

oTask management of resources within the context of the overall Release plan.

oMitigation/resolution and escalation of Release delivery risks and issues.

oProduction of a cut-over plan / release plan with all activities required and full RACI associated and responsible for the business and technical teams delivery of the plan, managing timelines, risks / issues and escalations. This plan being incorporated into the overall project plan and managed end to end across all functions and in a timely manner for both pre go-live and post go liv through hypercare

oTo collaboratively and proactively work alongside all clients, 3rd party and SI partners to set up and execute for success

A successful Release Manager is expected to achieve below milestones at the end of the Release:

-SVS release outcomes are delivered in time and on budget and to plan

-Release meets pre-defined and agreed acceptance criteria and standards
