We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (1st / 2nd line) for a prestigious retailer based in Leicester.
The ideal Service Desk Analyst (1st / 2nd line), will have extensive experience of 1st / 2nd line support. Any experience with POS or retail systems would be a distinct advantage.
Hours will be shift based, we cover 08:00 - 22:30 Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 21:30 Sat and 10:00 - 19:00 Sun.

*Experience of installing PC Hardware and printers
*MS Office Knowledge
*User account administration experience
*Ability to understand documentation and processes
