- Client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.

- Experience of developing and scaling a software product (ideally SaaS).

- Demonstrable experience of creating and successfully executing a technology and digital strategy, preferably in a credible, operational and customer-focused business.

- Must be able to provide strategic direction and leadership, applying long-term and creative strategic thinking whilst also be willing to be hands-on and deliver.

Working Environment

- A diverse culture that values inclusion and welcomes those from different backgrounds

- Sociable, friendly and passionate team

- High priority on staff development, with monthly one-to-one sessions

- Office with strong transport links and dedicated free parking
