c.£45,000 - £50,000 + BENEFITS

A world leading security and technology service provider who have put significant investment into their training school are looking for a knowledgeable and talented training compliance and assurance manager to join the team.

The Job

As the Change Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of transformational change within strategically important programmes; managing the risks and issues to deliver the programme change benefits.

Creation of benefits case and tracking of programme benefits, through effective change management coupled with risk and benefits management.

You will also instil a culture of best practice and continuous improvement in line with the company values

Development and maintenance of positive engagement with programme team and key stakeholders.

Lead the embedding of continuous improvement within the Programme; including targeted interventions (eg. Lean workshops)

Identifying and incorporating into programme plans interdependencies and enabling activities

Improve the change management function through collaboration across internal businesses & functions

Create & maintain the Change Management Plans, and report progress on all accountabilities to the relevant management body

The Fit

You must be qualified to Managing Successful Programmes, Practitioner Level

You must hold the Change Management Practitioner qualification via APMG

Demonstrable experience leading all aspects of change management

4-6 years prior experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong behavioural skills including confidence, leadership and influence skills will be essential
