Agile Coach

Monthly Rate: 40,000 - 55,000 AED - TAX FREE

Initial 12 Month Contract

Dubai, UAE

As a global aviation organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, our client is looking for a talented individual to join their headquarters in Dubai as an Agile Coach. This prestigious company is looking for a senior level individual who can take responsibility for the design and roll out for the adoption of Agile across all areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities

-Designing and roll out of strategy for the organisational adoption of Agile in the business

-Develop an Agile service line within the Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO)

-Implement processes, practices, and tools to allow for multiple paths of delivery

-Act as a champion and an agile / consultant scrum coach for the internal consultancy / business teams

-Carry out maturity assessments on project delivery

Key Skills / Requirements

-Experience implementing Scrum Methodology

-Experience in Agile Coaching (coaching multiple teams in Agile and Scrum / Kanban)

-Experience in Project Management

-Strong communication and presentation skills

Should be certified in at least one of the following

-Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)

-Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

-Certified SAFe Scrum or Advanced Scrum Master or equivalent
