This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist with a passion for Health, Sport and Nutrition to join a revolutionary fitness company with impressive benefits based in Berlin Germany.

This Head of CRM role would be great for someone who enjoys the development and strategy of CRM because you will be responsible in making sure the company is meeting business plan targets in terms of customer retention and loyalty.

As the Head of CRM you will be the main contact for CRM team, responsible for Newsletter marketing, offline CRM, Chatbots, Net Promotor Score; running test and analysis, identifying trends and insights to decrease global churn. It is imperative you have a solid understanding and experience of Digital Advertising, Direct Marketing and CRM strategy.

The ideal Head of CRM will be driven by numbers with strong analytical skills, thrive in an environment with flat hierarchy and general working freedom, own a creative flair and have a true entrepreneurial spirit.

This Head of CRM must be fluent in English and 1 other language (Italian, Spanish, French) and be able to commute Berlin daily.
