Excellent role on offer for an Operative looking the next step in their career, where you will receive excellent training and progression to become a Lead Installer and manage your own Gang.

Are you a Labourer or Operative with experience in Highways? Do you want training to progress into a Lead role where you will manage your own Gang?

This well-established company specialise in fencing, parapet and vehicle restraint installation for a variety of clients across the South of England. Due to ongoing expansion through their loyal clients, they are looking for an Operative to grow in the company and become the Leader of their own Gang.

In this role you will receive full training in installation of vehicle restrain systems, also being trained to gain a Class 2 HGV Driving License. Based from the Chichester depot you will work across the South of England. You will receive full training and progress to manage your own Gang.

This role would ideally suit a Labourer/Operative looking to build a career within growing company, who offer excellent training and progression and are known to take care of their staff.

The Role:

* Full training in the installation of vehicle restraint systems

* Full training to get a Class 2 HGV Driving License

* Progressing to lead your own Gang

* £25'000 - £30'000 + Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

The Person:

* A Labourer / Operative

* Experience in Highways or Construction

* CSCS card

* Must have a Clean Driving License

* Looking to grow within a company know to take care of its staff
