Your New Role
You will be joining a team of profound ServiceNow professionals, responsible for the implementation, development and testing of the ServiceNow platform. As the ServiceNow Analyst, you will be responsible for improving ITIL and ITSM processes to ensure maturity and compliance. You will need to have experience with both service operations and operating level agreements in addition to being a very skilled communicator.
What you'll need to succeed
* 5+ years' experience of IT Service Management
* Extensive understanding and knowledge of the ITIL framework
* Must have experience with full suite of ITSM modules, including Asset Management & CMDB.
* Experience with ServiceNow web-related technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, HTTP, SOAP/ REST, AJAX
* ITIL certification to a minimum of foundation level
