Dynamics NAV Junior Support Consultant

My client, a small set up in Manchester are looking for a 1st line support consultant to start based on site for a contract role in Manchester. My client are within the manufacturing industry and would like somebody to come on board to cover somebody's maternity leave (unsure of when the specific return is). Your main responsibility will be to support all users on the NAV System including manufacturing module and all 15 users with any 1st line support issues that they may occur.

You will need the following skills and experience to be considered;

- A previous/recent 1st Line support role

- Worked on the Dynamics NAV module Manufacturing module

- Able to work your way around the Dynamics NAV system at a good working knowledge standard

- Able to work under pressure

- A good Listener and very patience
