Service Manager | ITIL

Location: Central London

Daily rate negotiable

Duration: 6 Months plus possible ext

Our client is seeking an IS Service Manager. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Information Services.

The will include management of the managed service provider as well other 3rd parties; to maintain an efficient and effective service; to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, measure and improve our IT services.

The successful candidate will be accountable for Service Management and quality, Reporting, Analysis activities also the Transition of new IS scope from project to business as usual.

The ideal candidate will have the following proven experience:

*Experienced in managing MSPs and 3rd parties for delivering IT support services, with an annual value exceeding £2million

*Financial management and reporting, including accurate budgeting, forecasting and cost management;

*Strong ITIL Service Transition process knowledge, and experience particularly in transitioning projects and enhancements covering multiple teams and vendors from development into support

*IT service reporting and analysis particularly within context of large managed IT service contracts; and driving continuous improvements

*Performance and quality management of Service Provider(s); including defining and determining SLAs

*Service Desks, Incidents, Problems, Change and Release management for corporate IT services.

*Good understanding of infrastructure and Office 365, Windows desktop technology
