Leading energy trading platform is seeking a hands-on Software Tester / Developer in Test to carry out both Manual and Automated testing on newly developed software. You will be responsible for writing effective Manual tests whilst also defining and Automating acceptance tests using a range of technologies and tools (including Python, C#, F, SilkTest and performance testing tools). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills as you will be encouraged to learn new languages and frameworks.

Requirements:

*Strong C# / .Net skills (will also consider Java)

*Experience developing and testing software using Microsoft technology (.NET, SQL Server, Windows)

*Understanding of TCP/IP

*Experience within an Agile environment

*Excellent communication skills

*Degree educated 2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar
