A global manufacturing company based in the Canterbury area, are recruiting for an experienced Mould Shop Manager with an eye for process improvement. This fast growing company are looking for a Mould Shop Manager to supervise and lead the moulding department.

As manager of this particular department, you will be responsible for improving productivity, process development, looking at quality improvements and generally modernising the department.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, it's imperative that you have good continuous improvement & lean manufacturing knowledge and of course injection moulding experience. Key experiences required:

* Plastic injection moulding experience

* Leadership/ management within a production/ manufacturing environment

* Continuous improvement/ process development experience would advantageous

This certain individual must have good communication skills and capable of working closely with colleagues at all levels of the company and feel comfortable with getting hands on.
