My client, a leading financial services organisation are seeking a Business Process Analyst / Junior Business Analyst with the ability to review, improve and design business processes and services as part of a larger rollout project relating to the Continuous Monitoring of suppliers.

The successful candidate will be an excellent administrator with first rate MS office skills and the ability to use Visio to design and document service flows.

With a background in defining, documenting and validating business requirements coupled with experience of facilitating and supporting business change, you will be highly organised, confident and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multi-disciplined Information Security team and candidates who have the ability to focus on designing processes and engagements across teams and championing rollouts/ releases are encouraged to apply.

Core Duties:

* Design and document service flows

* Manage, alongside the lead, trial and launch of the service, working closely with stakeholders and taking on feedback to improve

* Assisting with designing, reviewing and improving processes

* Build and continually develop relationships with key stakeholders to increase operational capability

* Create group wide communication for all stakeholders to ensure awareness of rollout is understood

* Delivery of business improvement projects to agreed quality and time, ensuring key stakeholders are agreed and involved at all relevant stages

Key Skills

* A proven track record of quality process improvement

* Attention to detail

* Experience of defining, documenting and validating business requirements

* Experience of facilitating and supporting business change to influence others across the business

* Experience in the use of modelling tools (such as Visio)

* The ability to develop process procedures and improvement

* Excellent communication skills
