Rolling 3 Month Contract - Global Corporation - Graduates Welcome - Website Support - Application Support - Change and Incident Mgmt

Fantastic opportunity to join a Global Corporation as a Functional Support / Website Support Analyst within a larger team. Based in Reading the successful candidates will be responsible for day to day applications and user support.

General responsibilities:

* Incident and change management

* Working with geographically dispersed teams including offshore 3rd parties

* Dealing with requests for new websites and moving them to the correct teams

* Managing the back end process behind the request.

Individuals requirements

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work individually and as a team

* Good IT literacy

* Experience of level 2/3 support

Specific skills:

* Support of 400 websites, working with the business, hosting provider and agencies to ensure correct go live processes are adhered to and security standards applied.

* Any general digital awareness and understanding, website structure including: Domains, SSL's, security scanning is ideal but not compulsory.
