Helpdesk Analyst - Spalding £13.00 - £15.00 per hour - Contract Role

SPALDING, United Kingdom, our client is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to be able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues.

Must Haves:

* Passionate about excellent customer service

* High level of personal communication skills

* Able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues

* Able to provide thorough troubleshooting for hardware issues

* Confident and skilled in a MS Windows environment, using MS Office applications in particular Outlook and Excel.

* Self motivated, enthusiastic, positive, diligent, honest, dedicated and committed

* Enjoys analysing problems and providing resolutions

* Able to learn and react to changing circumstances rapidly

* Ability to prioritise workload within a high-pressure environment without compromising on quality or customer service.

* Flexibility and willing to go the extra mile

* Experience of working in an end user environment

Would Likes:

* At least 1 years experience of working in a 1st line support role

* Experience using support call logging systems

* Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
