Engineering Manager - Be responsible for technical delivery!

I am looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong background in C# and the .NET framework and experience being responsible of technical delivery, roadmaps, coding, CI and testing. As an Engineering Manager based in central Richmond upon Thames, Surrey / West London you will be working with the product team of a global corporate to translate vision and workstreams into some great new innovative applications!

Salary: £80-90k + bonus 15% + pension + health + flexible working + gym

For an Engineering Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to work on the rebuilding of my client's globally reaching systems from scratch and be part of a highly autonomous & collaborative team environment. As well as having excellent full stack development .NET experience you will be keen to manage teams from 6-18 in number and ensure Technical Leads are well planned and prepared to deliver these industry leading projects.

Passionate about modern techniques, tools and tech is a must have for this role and team. You will get to work with DDD, Event-Driven Architectures, CQRS, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, Elasticsearch, data science, AWS / Cloud, JavaScript (React, Node, Angular) and other technologies associated with large-scale web applications.

Skills required for the role of Engineering Manager:

* Proven experience playing a management role in a mainly .NET stack, JavaScript & Cloud environment

* The ability to lead the technical delivery of large scale applications

* Be outward facing and modern in your approach
