IT Business Analyst

One of our top eCommerce clients within the Midlands is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their expanding team. You will act as the conduit between the business and technical teams within the organisation, working with the project teams. You will be responsible for defining the issue, collecting, clarifying and translating business requirements in to the appropriate documents.

IT Business Analyst duties will include, but not limited to:

*Elicit, analyse, translate and document business processes and requirements into technical requirements

*Ensure the system design meets the intended business requirements

*Ensure all project objectives are met

*Communicate any change impacts from an End to End (E2E) perspective

*Document user manuals to detail application installation and operating procedures

*Work closely with test and business teams to ensure effective Quality Assurance meets the business requirements

As the IT Business Analyst you will be required to possess:

*Strong analytical sills, allowing you to understand business functionality and translating them into application requirements

*The ability to manage multiple priorities - projects/deliverables and stakeholders

*Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies

*Proven track record of understanding of software development lifecycles

*Experience in writing software requirements, process diagrams and test specifications

*Knowledge of systems development lifecycle
