Web/eCommerce Analyst

One of our top eCommerce Midlands based clients is seeking a web/eCommerce analyst to join their expanding team. You will create and regularly produce reporting and insight that will enable the Dot Com team and the wider business to review performance. This role will actively support in creating tags to enable further insight into customer behaviour on the websites.

Web/eCommerce Analyst duties will include but not limited to:

*Tag Management for campaigns and pages (using tools such as Google/Adobe Tag management, Tealium)

*Use tag management to drive insight and analytics across the eCommerce platform

*Continuously develop team reporting, driving insight into the team

*Conduct on-demand analysis to support UX improvement, business improvement marketing campaign analysis

*Supporting the marketing team determine traffic sources, and give recommendations based on the data

*Analyse data through the use of Google/Adobe Analytics

*Convert raw data into tidy data

*Producing reports

As the Web/eCommerce Analyst you will be required to posses:

*Ecommerce Analytics experience is a must-have

*Tag Management experience - must have experience of implementing on campaigns/pages as well as knowledge of the tagging process/tools

*Experience with analytics platforms, such as Google analytics/ adobe analytics/omniture

*Hold at least 1 -2 years experience with web/eCommerce analytics

*Able to use Excel to an advanced standard

*Ability to analyse data and make recommendations for change

*Must have experience of using web analytics platforms

*Experience of visualisation platforms
