IT Business Analyst

One of our top Financial Services clients in the Midlands is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their team. You will be required to provide a high quality business analysis that identifies and evaluates options for improving the internal business processes and systems. You will facilitate change through outputs which are understood by all stakeholders.

IT Business Analyst duties will include, but not limited to:

*Identify and engage with key stakeholders to gather business requirements

*Seek business solutions and improvements to reduce business operating costs, enhancing controls and improving the service

*Act as the point of contact in all change, working with various colleagues to gain understanding of the change

*Produce documentation in line with department standards, understood by stakeholders

*Produce suitable and high quality business analysis documentation

*Complete RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs

*Provide support during the build and test phases of projects

As the IT Business Analyst you will be required to possess:

*Ability to lead requirement workshops

*Ability to elicit, elaborate and model business/system/data requirements

*Solid understanding of business processes and procedures

*Proven track record of obtaining and documenting business requirements

*Being BCS or IIBA Business Analyst certified is desirable (but not essential)
