IT Programme Manager with excellent project management, team leadership and supplier management skills is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.
SALARY: circa. £60,000 pro rata

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an IT Programme Manager with excellent project management, team leadership and supplier management skills.
Working as the Programme Manager you join the team to support the organisation’s Technology Transformation Programme. The organisation’s future Technology strategy is based on the approach of engaging external partners to design, develop and deliver solutions.
As the Programme Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities from budget management, managing multiple technical projects and supplier management.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the IT Programme Manager:
Programme Management: Creation, development and maintenance of programme documentation, benefits, Realisation Plan, budget management, aligning communication and engagement plans
Project Management: Complete project management of allocated projects from initiation to closure using defined PMO templates and tools, ensure stakeholder management and robust Project Communications Plan
Supplier Management: Ensure that suppliers deliver project outputs that fully meet their contractual obligations, actively manage supplier relationship and ensure financial management of the supplier contract
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves
Strong Project and Programme Management skills
A proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
Significant experience of implementing large (£2M to £3M) complex technology transformation projects
Strong supplier management skills
Ability to quickly build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, creative, operations, services and business needs
You should have excellent knowledge of either:
Technical infrastructure, particularly Citrix Thin Client environments
CRM Systems, database design and implementation
Implementation of large websites (2M+ per year visitors) with multi-usage and multi-audience
