Architect EA with an in depth understanding of Digital Marketing and how technology can be used effectively with a focus on Customer Solutions is required to join us as we go through a dynamic period of growth and change. We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with a proven experience of designing and delivering CRM systems. You will have a solid understanding of Salesforce automation, quotation systems and Telesales platforms with demonstrable experience of campaign management. We also expect you to have knowledge of Customer MDM and knowledge of Search technologies implementation.

Key Accountabilities

* Contribute to architecture strategies, principles, patterns, policies and standards.

* Contribute to the knowledge base of the Group's Enterprise Architecture, including models and architectural views of supporting business, application and technology domains.

* Provide consultancy support to strategic decision making through the use of architectural models.

* Definition of baseline and target architectures, across multiple domains, in support of strategic initiatives.

* Assess and communicate the impacts, trade-offs, risks, costs, benefits and opportunities of proposed options.

* Provide input to the Technology Strategy.

* Guide Technology specialists in best practice for transformational initiatives and programmes.

* Development of technology roadmaps and transition state architectures

* Capture and track the progress of emerging architecture evolution against KPI's

* Keep Technology functional managers aware of key Line of Business issues, identifying and resolving potential problems and conflicts.

* Ensure that planned technology change exhibits enterprise-wide cohesion and lean characteristics.

Essential Architecture Knowledge & Experience:

* Definition of baseline and target architectures, across multiple domains, in support of strategic initiatives.

* Assess and communicate the impacts, trade-offs, risks, costs, benefits and opportunities of proposed options.

* Contribute to the knowledge base of the Group's Enterprise Architecture, including models and architectural views of supporting business, application and technology domains.

* Provide support in strategic decision making through the use of architectural models.

* Solid understanding of Reference Models.

* Provide input to the Technology Departments Strategy.

Desirable:

* International/global business experience.

* A proven understanding and experience of architecture frameworks, e.g. TOGAF or Zachman and demonstrable experience in working within EA using a framework for at least 3 years.

* Strong experience of working as an Enterprise Architect in a B2B or B2C environment.

* EA toolset experience

* Preference for candidates with previous development experience
