The Position:

*Responsible for a team of up to 20 individuals

*Leading the team on hitting KPI's, helping drive improvements and a culture of superb health and safety.

*Work closely with the engineering team to maintain and improve production.

The Role:

*Working background in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

*Must have team leading/supervisory experience
