ITSM Business Analyst - ITIL Agile, Process definition

Birmingham, London and home based role

To be suitable you must have;

* ITIL based, Service and process definition experience

* Demonstrable ITIL / ITSM and Business Analysis experience

* Agile Business Analysis experience, gathering and documenting User Stories, Process Definition and Functional Design Specification

Working on an Agile project you will be supporting the Product Owner and Project Manager on a Digital Transformation ITSM implementation of ServiceNow for Dashboarding and Monitoring. Ideally you will be familiar with how ITSM tooling is quickly becoming key to integrated digital change in a business and the IoT.

Prerequisites will be excellent internal and external stakeholder management, working well in a dynamic team environment and with a self starting delivery focus
