Job Title: Lead Change & Transformation Programme Manager

Pay Rate: £660 Max

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Cambridge

The Role

Spring Technology's global client based in Cambridge are looking for a Senior Programme Manager / Director to support the Tax Transformation Programme. The Senior Programme Manager is accountable for determining and delivering the full programme of solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards. Focus areas include stakeholder management, risk management and tracking of business benefits

Skills / Experience

*Project Management experience of leading global project teams, working in a global organization where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed.

*Excellent risk awareness and the confidence and ability to communicate and escalate risks and issues sensitively and objectively.

*Agile, Lean & Six Sigma Skills (Desirable)

*Deep knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Realisation.
