Role Title: Service Now Business Analyst

Industry: Insurance Services

Location: Bromley

Contract Length: 3 Months

Individuals must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas:

Major Incident Management

Problem Management

Change & Release Management

Service Request Management.

Background of working with ServiceNow tooling is preferred however knowledge of any other IT Service Management tools would be fine i.e. BMC, Microsoft, CA, Atlassian etc etc.

Key Duties:

* Data Analysis & Collection

* Data Modelling Design

* Additional Application Gap Analysis

* ServiceNow Development Identification (post Gap Analysis)

* Role Mapping & Matrix Build

* Change Approval Matrix Build

* Service Request Flow Analysis

* Service Request Modelling

* Reporting Analysis

* UAT Participation
