My client is looking for a Project Manager with the following skills and experience-

As an experienced technical project manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of new Cloud and

Hosting products from initiation through to commercial launch. You will have a good understanding of web technology

and use your management skills to facilitate the delivery of projects to tight deadlines. You will be working with high

calibre teams of software developers, system engineers, QA, UI designers and product marketing specialists in the

UK, Germany and Spain.

About You:

You will have full project lifecycle experience from initiation to benefits realisation and proven experience of working

with Agile development teams. You will have a good understanding of Cloud Native applications, software

development and IT Operations and an ability to drive commercial objectives. Exceptional communication and

stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. You will confidently manage multiple projects

simultaneously and work with distributed teams typically in the UK, Germany and Spain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

? Manage allocated projects, ensuring that project management methodologies are used consistently and

ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

? Ensure that there is balance between commercial objectives and technical quality that ensures the best

possible product is delivered in the time to market allowed

? Identify and co-ordinate work stream leads (with some international travel), ensuring objectives are achieved

? Create effective communication channels and develop strong and viable working relationships with key

stakeholders

? Ensure planning, tracking, status reporting, issue and risk mitigation takes place effectively and is able to

embrace Agile software development

? Carry out post implementation reviews and project benefit reviews

Skills & Experience required:

? Experience of web technologies, containers (Docker), PaaS and SaaS

? Managing software development and systems engineering projects, preferably on Kubernetes / OpenShift

platforms

? Project and resource planning skills with Agile / Scrum experience

? Ability to co-ordinate commercial, technical and operational tasks

? A proven ability to take the initiative, create momentum and engender enthusiasm in a team

? Managing new product launches with digital marketing in multi-channel environments

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

? PRINCE2 and ITIL or equivalent qualifications
