Junior Java Developer - Software House- Manchester- £32000-38500 per annum

The Client:

This company is a software house working for a known branch of the financial industry and had an influx of varying projects due to their high success rate and customer satisfaction. From this, the Board of Directors of the company have agreed that the company will be working in collaboration with a European private healthcare group for the sake of bettering standards

Having spoken to one of the project leaders, I was told that they are looking for 4 Java Developers with a high quality and 'craftsman-escque' approach to the job. This would mean that you would be groomed, mentored and prepared for the sake of team leadership - You will be transformed into a knowledge Guru and a safety net for you team should things get difficult.

This candidate was to be described as a 'craftsman rather than an artist' in their development.

They are expected to use their catalogue of skills to create realistic approaches to projects to goal orientated work.

What does the company expect?

* Use of Java 7 and 8

* Spring, Hibernate and Build Tool Usage

* A keen consultative attitude and the ability to discuss your work with your colleagues and clients.
