One of the Largest Financial Services Organisation are looking for a HR Programme Manager to join their Group Head office during their Demerger.

As a HR Project Manager you will be very hands on, implementing across the business new HR, payroll and pensions systems. You will be given the opportunity to implement systems you believe are suitable for the organisation.

The role requirements of a HR Project Manager are as below:

* Extensive HRIS, payroll, operations, procurement and implementation experience

* Configuring and leading the delivery of a single large programme or portfolio of multiple projects

* End-to-end contract management

* Expert stakeholder management skills including ability to challenge at all levels
