Business Intelligence Consultant - Home based

A respectable Cloud BI Consultancy are seeking a BI Consultant to join their team in response to a number of project wins and growing success.

The successful candidate will be working across the full project lifecycle, using the full on-premise MS BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS and SSAS) as well as the Azure cloud platform (Azure SQL Warehouse, Data Factory, Data Lakes and Power BI). This is a client-facing role, where you will be required to offer advice and guidance to your clients, as well as undertaking research project work for them.

You'll be home-based, travelling to client sites mostly around the South East of England around 50% of the time with other time spent at home, therefore a full driving licence and the flexibility to have some overnight stays is essential. The company are also a huge advocate of a positive work/life balance as well as looking after their staff.

Key skills include:

- Expert in BI Development on the SQL 2012/2014 Stack, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS

- Experience in Power BI Development

- Experience in working with Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes or Azure SQL Warehouse is highly desirable

- Expertise in SQL Server Deployment, Configuration and Management

This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 for the right candidate plus all expenses paid while travelling and a great profit-share scheme. The company also provide MS Certification training in Azure Data Analytics and Data Platform.
