Production Supervisor

Nottingham Commutable from Derby, Newark-On-Trent or Mansfield

£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Career Progression

Are you a Production Supervisor looking to join a globally recognized company, who offer a fantastic opportunity to technically progress and develop their managerial abilities through industry leading training?

This is a great opportunity for a Production Supervisor, to get on board and rapidly progress your managerial skillset whilst working alongside technical experts.

This company have reached 30% growth year on year and are experts within the manufacturing environment for drying solutions and coatings.

This role will suit a Production Supervisor with experience with Fabrication or CNC Machinery.

The Role

*Supervising the Manufacturing workshop, circa 60 Engineers

*Producing KPI's for all engineers

*Working alongside the Production Manager

*Overview the Quality process and quality reports

The Person

*Experience within a similar position

*Experience or Knowledge of Fabrication / Welding / CNC Machinery

*Experience or Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvements
