PHP Software Developer Telford!

My client based in Telford are looking to hire an experienced Software Developer with strong Object Oriented PHP Development Experience to join their existing development team! This is a newly created role and is an expansion based role due to continued success!

As part of the Software Development Team you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining web based management interfaces to support the company's products and services

Core responsibilities on this role include, but are not limited to:

Designing, installing, testing and maintenance of software systems.

- OO Programming, ideally PHP ( OOP)

- Developing and designing new solutions for business requirements

- Systems Design and supporting existing systems

*Mentoring of more junior developers

The successful candidate will have an IT related degree or relevant apprenticeship. You should have commercial experience in:

-Understanding and experience of Object Oriented Design and Programming in an enterprise environment;

-Extensive web development coding experience in PHP, with frameworks such as Laravel;

-Strong web UI-level coding experience in MVC, HTML, CSS, Javascript + popular libraries and frameworks;

-Experience with web security and authentication;

-Able to build sustainable APIs to allow integration between multiple systems, internal and external;

-Knowledge of continuous integration and testing aspects;

-Understanding of system life cycles and system integration;

-Ability to manage a demanding workload;

In return for your skills my client is offering a salary up to £40000 plus an excellent benefits package, including free parking and state of the art offices!
