My client a leading Energy and Utilities organisation are seeking a Contracts and Supplier Manager with expertise in Call Centre Operations. With experience of managing outsourcing processes, you will be tasked with supporting the outsourcing transition for both Back Office and Debt functions from a contractual and commercial perspective.

Contract and Commercial Expertise is a must for this role coupled with Call Centre Operations knowledge. The ability to manage commercial and 3rd party supplier relationships is vital coupled with excellent Stakeholder Management skills.

You will be tasked with:

* Ensuring that developments in the agreement required during transition & set up are treated appropriately from a contractual & commercial perspective

* Impact assessment and faultless governance to ensure that impacts of the commercial agreement are clear and agreed by both parties.

* Engaging directly with senior internal and external stakeholders (up to Director-level) and operational teams

* Ensuring adherence to the client's Contractor Safety and Engagement policy, including carbon reduction programmes and delivery against our safety, responsible, working together, quality, cost and delivery measures.

* Supporting the BAU processes involved in contract managing the client's Back office & field debt outsource partners.

Core Skills

* Experience of managing an outsourcing process

* Proven ability to build effective relationships, influence and collaborate with stakeholders, peers and senior management across the business.

* Experience of setting up commercial relationships & managing contractual variations/change requests.

* Experience of vendor management with an offshore serviced provider / Procurement experience.

Please note, a full driving licence and willingness to travel to other client sites, third party offices and industry forums on a national basis is necessary for this role.
