Salesforce Business Analyst is required to assist a leading telecoms company to assist them with a large scale Salesforce programme of work that is scheduled to be their most important programme over the next 2 years.

You will be the Business Analyst on the project and the sole focus of this programme is to work in collaboration with the business stakeholders as well as the IT department to ensure that the implementation of Salesforce is a solution that works for all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for the oversight of the implementation and will be the main point of contact for both the stakeholder and the IT department. This role is based in Liverpool and the client will have a multi-site user base so the occasional travel to another UK based office may be required. This is a contract position offering an initial 6 months but with a road map of 24 months and being the lynch pin in a project of this scale, an extension is highly likely based on performance.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

* Vast Business Analyst experience (you must have operated in a Business Analyst role within a Salesforce implementation previously)

* Salesforce (You must have worked on Saleforce related projects including an implementation / Configuration project)

* Strong Stakeholder management Skills

* Documentation experience

* Strong Communication skills

* A solution based mindset
