Business Analyst - Digital Projects

Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for an initial 2 month contract on a rate of c.£350-400/day (inside of IR35) based in Glasgow.

Requirements:

* Engaging with varying levels of stakeholders to build strong working relationships.

* Working within multi-disciplinary teams and closely with Digital Consultants and Senior Business Analysts to address customer needs.

* Design and delivery of a range of analysis outputs as appropriate to client-specified project requirements and technologies.

* Application of a range of techniques to establish and analyse the current state, people, processes and technology within client organisations.

* Develop relevant metrics in support of analysis outputs for future state and change, including client engagement, performance / transactional values and volumes, procurement and commercial elements.

* Support the identification of options to deliver enhanced outcomes for citizens and organisations through improved digital delivery.

* Provision of effective and tailored consultancy and advice to stakeholders, in particular in preparation for and support of digital change.

Requirements:

* Business Analyst with experience working in the public sector.

* Solid track record of design and delivery of a range of analysis outputs as appropriate to client-specified project requirements and technologies.

* Track record of developing relevant metrics in support of analysis outputs for future state and change, including client engagement, performance / transactional values and volumes, procurement and commercial elements.

* Wide range of stakeholder experience, engagement and capability to facilitate those engagements tailored to varying levels of stakeholder.

* Demonstrable and practical experience in a project environment.

* Experience with Agile methodologies (TDD, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
