Control Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer / PLC Controls EngineerTo be near Sligo.Salary: up to £75,000 depending on experience.PermanentKey Skills: Control Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer / PLC Controls EngineerI have a brand new requirement for a Control Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer / PLC Controls Engineer to work for one of my key clients based in Peterborough working with special purpose machinery.They are looking for someone with a strong background in PLC Control Systems, ideally with the following skills:- Involvement in research and implementation of new control technologies- Develop design of control systems for automated equipment (PLC, servo systems, vision, field-bus etc)- Co-ordinate and manage controls elements of build and debug of equipment- Responsible for completing controls aspects of projects within the schedule and budget- Liaising with customers on requirement specifications and project deliverables- Responsibility for quality, commissioning and safety of controls systems- Development of machine documentation to meet EU standards - Ability to program AB Control Logix, Siemens S7- Familiar with configuring common machine networks & drive systemsThis is a brand new requirement and my client is looking to bring a Control Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer / PLC Controls Engineer as soon as possible.
