Job Description

Senior Theatre Analyst supports the business in designing, developing and supporting including functionality and technology of existing and emerging applications. Responsible for providing support that includes but not limited to testing and troubleshooting applications, identifying and implementing solutions to change requests and incidents.

This is a full time and permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary package dependent upon candidate experience. Along with a competitive salary, the incumbent will also receive 25 days holiday, private healthcare and our company flexible benefits scheme.

Duties & Responsibilities

Working with Theatre Manager Group/ CSD to design and implement in EMR (ORM) recommendations and guidelines from CQC, NICE, CCG and other regulatory UK bodies (where applicable)

Propose technically feasible theatre solutions and work closely with senior management and clients to implement projects.

Produce and review technical requirements, designs and implementation strategies.

Participates in regular project status and CSD/Theatre meetings to support solution design, adoption and project delivery

Transfer application knowledge and associated documentation to the IT&S service desk to facilitate robust service support for new and upgraded solutions.

Produce and review Theatre documentation for EMR and new application adoption

Implement new releases of existing application software, capturing end user requirements and configuring, testing and integrating as necessary.

Skills and Experience

Relevant clinical, project and technical application experience developing, upgrading and supporting applications

Strong theatre practice and technical aptitude.

Knowledge of management of Clinical Applications.

EPR/EMR Systems knowledge.

General Computer Programming Experience is desirable.

Experience with business process and requirements analysis.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to clearly document technical processes and procedures
